Well it is a start, next time try to incorporate a more solid plot that we can understand. Also, try to draw everything, including the background. Even if you aren't the best artist, Newgrounders will respect your effort and you will become a better artist.

Nothing special at all...

Quite frankly, this is a web page with a song in the background. These laws are only enjoyable to those who don't know that every state has these types of laws. If they were to just go to the website they would find that this flash is just a copy and paste extravaganza which, in my opinion, doesn't deserve acclaim. Try actually animating something next time like you have done a few times in the past.
